FieldCandy joins forces with Terra Nova
The owner of the Terra Nova, Wild Country and Extremities brands, Hubaco Ltd, has acquired the distinctive designer outdoor brand, FieldCandy.
FieldCandy has been producing traditional, A-frame ridge tents since 2011 and its current lines include camping, beach and garden equipment, all in unusual prints. The range of FieldCandy tents include those looking like a slice of watermelon (What A Melon) and a limited-edition Iron Maiden print (The Trooper).
The cheerful nature of the brand complements Terra Nova, a name synonymous with hardwearing outdoor, camping and expedition kit, while reflecting the quality of all Hubaco’s products.
Managing Direct Andy Utting says: “We are delighted that Hubaco Ltd could take on this leading outdoor product manufacturer. Our brands have over 25 years of history within the outdoor equipment and clothing sector and the acquisition of FieldCandy will allow us to diversify our offering further.”
