There are over 30 lakes and pools in Kingsbury Water Park, which surrounds our Club Site in the heart of the Midlands. You will also find open space, woods, a children’s farm and a good network of paths – a lovely place to enjoy a holiday. Off Site, you will find many other interesting places to explore.

The Water Park’s Visitor Centre has information about the local area as well as the Park itself. The Park includes one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands, with a free pool set aside especially for young anglers.

Drayton Manor Theme Park includes the terrifying Apocalypse, named “Britain’s scariest ride” by the Sunday Times.

Middleton Hall is a 16th Century Great Hall set in 40 acres of woodland, lakes and gardens which has recently been restored.

The National Exhibition Centre hosts many shows, including the National Boat, Caravan and Outdoor Show in February and International Caravan and Motorhome in October each year.

The city of Birmingham has the National Sealife Centre and many other attractions.

The award-winning Museum of the Jewellery Quarter offers an insight into the city's historic jewellery trade.

Tamworth’s SnowDome is a real snow centre, with a 170m slope for learning to ski and toboggan.

Lichfield Cathedral is a beautiful, medieval building with three spires. It often hosts musical events.

There is a good shopping centre in Tamworth along with a Norman motte and bailey castle.


Worth Noting

Fishing and Watersports available at Kingsbury Water Park complex, with many miles of footpaths beside the lakes. There is a children's farm adjacent to the site. Please note that this site is situated near the M42 and can suffer from road noise at times.

Eat Local

There is a Farmers’ Market at Coleshill.

Seperate disabled facilities The Club was working to improve accessibility of our Sites long before the Disability Discrimination Act came into force in 2004. We are committed to a continual programme of improvements through access audits to ensure our facilities are available to all.


Arrivals after 8pm are only permitted by prior arrangement direct with Holiday Site Managers.
