How long can I stay?
You can stay in your holiday home for as long as you like throughout the season.

Can we live there?
Caravan holiday homes are only designated for leisure use and not for permanent dwelling.

How long can I keep my caravan?
You can keep your caravan on site for up to 15 years from the date of manufacture.

Can I sell my caravan holiday home?
Yes, but all transactions, both initial purchase and re-sale must be approved and carried out by your Holiday Site Manager.

How much does it cost?
