Overview
Located on the outskirts of the county town of Hertfordshire, our Hertford Club Site is a spacious, quiet campsite, open all year round.
Despite being large and spacious, with 245 pitches, the campsite offers many quiet and secluded pitches. With well-maintained facilities including washing machines, dryers, dishing washing area, outdoor play area and dog walking, Hertford Club Site is a well laid-out site.
Lying on the outskirts of the attractive market town of the same name, Hertford Club Site is surrounded by rolling countryside. Take a walk into the town centre via the River Lea towpath walk, or head to Balls Park, a nearby park excellent for dog walking.
Starting at Hertford Football Club and following the former railway to Welwyn Garden City, the Cole Green Way is part of the National Cycle Network and just a mile and a half from the campsite. Alternatively, Hartham Common is situated just a few minutes from the town centre and offers more recreational activities.
Are you looking for a day out for the whole family? Take a trip to Paradise Wildlife Park, Knebworth House or Waltham Abbey. Or, take a train to London from Hertford East train station, a mere 20-minute walk from the campsite.
