Terms and Conditions
The Camping and caravanning Club provides this service for its members free of charge. It is to be downloaded and used in one satnav device and not duplicated or distributed to third parties.
The data remains the property of the Club and it is subject to change. Periodic updates will occur that will reflect changes to the sites network. The Club does not accept responsibility for any errors in the database or how a particular satnav unit will interpret the data. It has been provided in good faith to members as a navigation aid and there are no warranties or guarantees implied or given.
The Club recognises that satnav products are useful but they are no replacement for careful route planning with an up to date atlas. The Club does not guarantee the satnav device will be capable of plotting a route suitable for a touring unit so it is the driver’s responsibility to ensure the plotted route is suitable and to be vigilant of the road around them including signage and road markings when driving.
The Club cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, injury or losses when using the data to navigate and no responsibility is accepted should the data be corrupted during download or if a harmful attachment or virus is transmitted to the satnav device or the host computer.
The act of downloading the files is your confirmation of acceptance of these terms.
