We look for very special people to become part of our team – we are known as The Friendly Club, and want to maintain this ethos through all our sites.
It is important that you look further into the details of becoming a Franchisee, as there is a lot of work involved and there are occasions that Franchises can still fail (although, to date, the Club has not experienced this problem). New businesses have a failure rate of 90%, whereas in Franchising the opposite is true, with only 10% failure.
Some things to consider before you look further into Franchising are:
- What am I looking for in my new business?
- Do I understand what Franchising is?
- Am I qualified physically and mentally to run and manage the business?
- Am I of the right age?
