Ideal campsite for exploring local market towns or walks on the Malvern Hills.

Blackmore Club campsite enjoys a peaceful setting in the Worcestershire countryside with stunning views across to the Malvern Hills. It combines plenty of green open space with more sheltered pitches around the site perimeter. As well as clean, modern toilet blocks, the excellent on site facilities include a recreation room with pool table, dog walk and children’s play area.

One of the appeals of this award-wining site is its proximity to the Malvern Hills – an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ¬- which offers fantastic walking and cycling opportunities on over 100 miles of paths and bridleways. In fact, so popular is the area for walking, it hosts a nine-day walking festival. If you prefer walks of the not so challenging type, the pretty village of Hanley Swan, with a choice of two pubs, is just a mile’s stroll from the site.

If you want to travel a bit further afield but leave your vehicle behind, there’s a bus stop just outside the site with an hourly service to Malvern, Upton and Worcester.

Ready Camp is available at this campsite. (Please note that, although we welcome dogs on this site, in the interest of all guests we do not permit pets to stay within the Ready Camp tents).

While waiting to check in on the day of arrival the electric went on the site but not a bit of panic from really lovely staff members they just checked who we were and then took us through to our pitch happily telling us it wouldn't be long but to get pitched up and come and settle up the next morning. It is a really beautiful site and so well maintained and we spent a truly great week there. I do however have one small niggle I feel should be put right and this has cropped up at quite a few club sites and that is why oh why can't something be done about the toilet seats in the ladies. They slip and wobble leaving myself for one feeling uncomfortable and waiting for the next slip. We all have to use these and I do understand that they get a lot more use then in a normal home environment but they can be adjusted and I think that some thought really should be given to this problem, and as said before Blackmore is not the only site with this problem. Apart from this the stay was great and we loved it.

Great site, a warm welcome, and ample clean facilities.

Great site, a warm welcome, and ample clean facilities. I stayed Friday and Saturday on quite a busy weekend and although there were young children and a few groups meeting up for the weekend everyone was respectful to others and by 11pm it was nice and quiet. Whether this was down to the site wardens or if I was just luckily I don't know; either way it made my stay the relaxing break I was looking for.

This site is out of the way and whilst busy when we were there, it was still nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and the site ideally located for a walk in the Malverns, which we did. The site is good for families, however, ball games are not permitted: there is an area near reception that is adequate, unless your child is a budding Beckham! Shower, toilet and dish washing facilities were very good, with plenty of drinking water taps located around the site. We would definitely consider this site again.
