Very nice site the warden very helpful, great for visiting Last of the summer wine country. Had a great stay and very helpful Will go again. If approaching from Holmfirth rd it is very easy to miss the entrance, when you see the sign you have passed the gate way, we needed to go round again. a quick phone call to the warden and he was waiting to direct us in. Had a great stay very nice site and made very welcome.

This is an excellent friendly site The Farmer also maintains, in use, vintage DAVID BROWN tractors and is willing to show visitors them. Close to Holmfirth and many local attractions. TV/radio tower Queen Victoria Tower provide excellent view points. Local pubs and restaurants of good quality. We spent 5 days there and still needed longer. Very good local walks for dog lovers.
