Stunning panoramic views from your pitch A very peaceful little site with the most amazing views if you pitch at the farthest end of the site. Somewhat more of a slope than the easiest pitches but well worth it. We had some heavy showers and watching the fronts roll in and then clear to sunshine from Holme Moss was beautiful. It wasn't obvious how to contact the owners on arrival, but they were friendly and welcoming. A pleasant walk down into Holmfirth where we met friends and enjoyed the excellent local pubs. Although it's relatively close to home, it's definitely somewhere we'll visit again.

What a title gem with 360 panoramic views, the owners are very nice and run the farm with horses cows & sheep in the next field. The field is a little uneven with a slope at one end, the site is well maintained & clean, the view of holmfirth down the hill is stunning and only a 5 minute drive or if you prefer to walk there is a track down to the village but coming back up the hill would be a little taxing for some of us. There is a vintage bus that runs tours to the filming sites of last of the summer wine.

great views We like this site although the shower and toilets were cold and only cold water in the sinks, towing was a tad tight on some of the roads and surface not the best, for the van awning and electric we were charged 15.00 pn. which was more than we were expecting but was still ok for the view alone, we found it good to run around the peak district, with being so high up the wind can get up a bit but we would go there again.
