Top site for fishing
Top site for watersports
Great site for families
Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.
Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.
The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.
The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.
A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.
The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.
Please note, if you have more than one car or are visiting the site, there is limited parking available, therefore you may be asked to park at Broomey Croft car park, which is chargeable. This site is situated near the M42 and can suffer from road noise at times.
100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to rural location, weather conditions and changing flora. These can cause variable signal strength. Hotspots are available. Prices.
There is a Farmers’ Market at Coleshill.

We had a great weekend on the Kingsbury site, we don't usually go to club sites as there are to many amenities, which then puts them over our price bracket. The site was noisey from the M42, the quarry next door was incredibly noisey at times. We much prefer district association camping or using licensed 5 van sites. District associations have meets all across the country at far less cost than club sites, they also run temerary holiday sites, which again are far better value for money. Stayed for four days over Christmas. As usual with the club a very warm friendly welcome. Choice of pitches. Underfloor heating in facilities a blessing in the cold weather. Good walking area around the lakes.

I wish to put on record our thanks to the site assistants Dave and Freda for lending us a camping heater when the heating in our motorhome broke down on our arrival at the site. Without their kindness and help we would have had to drive 3 hours back to our home in Lincolnshire as November in a motorhome with no heating is no joke!
The site is ideal for anyone visiting events at the NEC being just 20 minutes away down the M42 .
