Simply wonderful...and wonderfully simple.

Simply wonderful...and wonderfully simple. What more could you wish for? Pub a few hundred yards away (good food), Woodbridge and Aldeburgh a few miles away. Excellent cycling and walking countryside. Nothing for kids to do. A motocross track just down the road (nothing happening there while we were staying) - that might be noisy on a Sunday, but I don't think there will be many meetings there. The site owner Eddie is a star !

Loved this site.

This review is for The Forge

Loved this site. It is situated on the edge of a small village and there are narrow lanes to negotiate to reach the site but they are not busy so very quiet at night. Plenty of space to pitch in field surrounded by trees and hedges. Own facilities needed. Numerous little lanes and footpaths to wander and Tunstall Forest easy to reach so great for walking. Recreation ground just over the road with children's play area and a Pub serving food a short walk away. The Maltings at Snape a good walk from site and Aldeburgh an easy drive. Ikencliff has a large picnic/car parking area (height restriction barrier) and a path/board walk to the Maltings. Eddie is friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our chats with him. He will email you a map to find site if required. Would definitely like to stay here again.
