We booked this site whilst away using the big sites book without reading the reviews.

We booked this site whilst away using the big sites book without reading the reviews. The pot holed access road isnt very good although towing is easy. There are 28 hook ups and lots of water ponts but the cdp was disgusting. An open drain surrounded by concrete blocks that were broken off making it dangerous and unhygenic. The shower block which we did not use was also disgusting with dirty vinyl floor covering in the showers. There was a mop bucket in each shower room with very dirty water and mop in. There was lots of areas that were unkempt and overgrown. With some time and effort this place could be brought up to a good standard. The owner told me he is trying to get a full licence from the local authority.

Sunny Site with good views but ground sloped in 2 directions.

Sunny Site with good views but ground sloped in 2 directions. Private access road poorly kept with ruts and potholes. H & S concerns with minimal cleaning of facilities, only open rubbish bins for ST's and no soap for washing hands. Timers on electrics very short leaving you in a cubicle in darkness, poor water pressure, but economical price and good location for visiting around area.
