This is a lovely peaceful site. The areas that are designated for caravans/tents are all individual within an area that has been screened by a hedgerow so giving you that added extra privacy. The views from the sire are magnificent and the owner and helpers are very friendly and approachable. What a find and will certainly be returning next year.

Excellent secluded pitches but suprised with the list of rules and additional charges
No cycling, scooters, skateboards, roller skating or football. Toilet paper not supplied which is an unplesant suprise on your first visit to the toilets. Extra charges on top of 18 per night for 2 adults in caravan with electric include 20p per 2 mins for supply of electric in toilets which was required for shower , hot water to wash with and operate light above mirror. Its only10 amps supply but if you trip supply there is a 1 charge to reset it. Vistors allowed at 1 per adult. 50p per dog in excess of one. I must say its one of the best pitches i've ever found at a CS but now you know what else to expect.

What a find, warm welcome, easy access to the town and beach. Fantastic pitches..
Visited for two nights in August with my 7 year old daughter, we arrived on site at 4pm and were greeted by the site owner who is a genuinely a nice guy and very helpful.
We found a great pitch and setup, within 10 mins my daughter had made friends with the two families around us and was off exploring the site, the site is secure so there were no worries with her going off with her new friends. The park is great and there are open fields available for kite flying and football. At night the site is mostly very quiet which is lovely as my daughter went off to sleep quickly.
The electric hook ups are spot on, even though we were in a tent we still had a cool box, lighting and ipads running off it, 4G phone signal most of the time.
The amenities are basic, there are 2 toilets with sinks and showers, you have to provide your own toilet paper, soap and pay 20p for the showers but we liked that as made it more of an adventure. There is drinking water and toilet sluice, also recycling bins which we liked. The toilets were clean and bins emptied daily. but wouldn't like to see them when the sites full hence the low stars.
Travel wise its 15 mins from the main beaches and you can get out to the gorge easily too, there were supermarkets and restaurants close by can't fault its location.
we met some great club members on the site and my daughter made some great friends.
