This is a Certificated Site (CS). A small campsite that accepts just five caravans or motorhomes. Some of these CS’s accept tents, space permitting. CSs are often quieter, smaller places to camp, with many offering minimal facilities – ideal for when you want to get away from it all.

Site was well signposted from the road with easy access. Beverley gave us a warm welcome on arrival should us our pitch and the facilities. The site was always clean and even the grass cuttings were swept up. A large level site that is well sheltered with trees and banks to park against. Good access from M5 and an easy distance to cheddar, the moors, and all local attractions. Beverley informed us of the local public houses that did food and the local shop. The fishing lake is well stocked with a good head of carp and bream to a good size that fight well. There is a field set aside for dog walking and a waste disposal bin for any mess. I have never stayed on such a clean site with Beverley coming over at least once a day to empty the bins and have a tidy up on the site. The only down side at the moment is there are no showers on site at this moment but they are looking to get some plumbed in.
A great holiday on a good site the family thoroughly enjoyed staying on site and I would highly recommend.

Just returned from a week's caravanning at this lovely site. The owners, Bev and Jim, could not have been more helpful and we would have stayed another week had they not been booked up. There is plenty of room between caravans/tents and it is in a lovely peaceful setting yet handy for all the Somerset attractions with lots of nice walks locally. It is very good value for money and we will certainly be going again.

We received a very warm welcome on the site when we finally managed to get there !
We followed the club site book's directions and managed to get lost. The directions should say turn left signposted E Huntspill by the Crossways Inn, not the turn with a caravan sign.
The site is level and very clean. The facilities are minimal but this is what we expect on a CL.
Will visit again.
