We chose to spend a few nights at this site primarily because it was still open in December. An added bonus was that it seemed fairly easy and quick to get to and was close to both Oswestry and Shrewsbury. From the moment we arrived we knew this had been an excellent choice. The site staff were incredibly helpful in recommending the most suitable pitch for some star-gazing (plenty of exposed sky, away from the glare of any site lighting) Pitches are a good size and level and, it being quite a small site, the water and other services are within easy reach. The setting is very pretty with a stretch of water along one side and the constant company of the very tame rabbits which have made homes on the site. The facilities are kept scrupulously clean and the site staff work very hard to keep it looking good. During our stay the Christmas decorations went up so the place looked even prettier. We will definitely be returning to this site; its a real gem!

As new to caravanning we are still getting used to towing, hitching and parking the van.

As new to caravanning we are still getting used to towing, hitching and parking the van. When we arrived at this site Peter was there to help us find a pitch that we both liked and gave us invaluable help in reversing the caravan!! We now feel a lot more confident thank you!! The site is easy to get to from the a5 and there is a fab park and ride into Shrewsbury a few miles away.

I stayed at the end of October with my two dogs.

This review is for Oswestry, Cranberry Moss

I stayed at the end of October with my two dogs. On arrival I was made to feel most welcome and allocated a super pitch with a lovely view. There were two walks for the dogs, one on the site which was fenced especially for them, this made an excellent early morning and before bedtime walk. The second one just outside of the entrance, which mine loved with lots of smells for them and pheasants! The site is spotless and a real haven of peace and calm. I shall definitely return and would like to thank the team.
