This is a lovely peaceful campsite, in a rural setting, with lovely views over the countryside. This was our third visit, a good site to relax with plenty of room, for the children to play. This is a basic site, but has electric hook ups, toilet, water tap( really not very far...)and waste, all you really need (and hopefully nice weather- which we had). Good site for getting around, easey to get to Church Stretton, Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Much Wenlock. The owners are very friendly and helpful if you need any help, otherwise they just let you get on with it. We are looking forward to going there again.

The farm is up for sale so it would appear things are not as they were some time ago. The camping area has been reduced in size so nowhere near 1.5 acres. The grass was long (ankle deep which in the wet is annoying) so you can't see the sheep droppings until you've stepped in it. The tap is a fair distance away and the owner lets his goats into that area in the mornings and puts an electric fence in front of the toilet door and tap which makes using the facilities difficult. My 8 year old daughter suffered an electric shock when she accidentally touched the fence. To cap it all some kind soul stole my bag of awning pegs, my rubber mallet and my lump hammer. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it. Surprised the club still has it on its books frankly seeing as it was visited recently.
