Our Luss Club campsite is located on the western shore of the beautiful Loch Lomond at the southern end of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Its stunning views across the Loch and the park make it one of the Club’s most beautiful sites.

Base yourself at this 90-pitch campsite and you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to things to do. Walking and cycling are possible direct from the site and boat launching is possible for those with small non-motorised craft. For the more adventurous there are also hill walking and canyoning opportunities. While Loch Lomond itself is popular for canoeing, water skiing, bathing and picnicking, or simply sitting back and soaking up the atmosphere.

A bus stop just 500m from the site, and train station in nearby Balloch make a day trip to Glasgow possible from Luss. For family days out there is Balloch Castle Country Park and the Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium, Balloch or take a boat trip to Inchcailloch, one of the Loch’s islands with its own nature reserve.

First visit here used it as a stopoff on the way up north, easy to find, excellent friendly and helpful management, clean and tidy site, toilets and showers a bit dated but always kept clean and tidy.some of the pitches closed due to the excessive rain fall good call to avoid damage, short walk into Luss, what a beautiful village, very popular with coach tours,we would certainly use again a lot more to see in the area.

We stayed here in the mid October 2015, I've stayed at this campsite many times and I've always loved it, the site has wonderful views of the loch, amazing walks, (cobbler at Arrochar) it's just so relaxing and peaceful, some noise from the busy A82 during the day but quite at night, this time we stayed the site was lacking manners!!! It costs nothing to say good morning! BACK, there wasn't hot water in the toilets and kitchen area, (just tepid) electrical hook up are limited for tents, which I think is the downside to this site, overall great weekend ??

Friendly wardens on site. Toilet blocks were spotless and warm.

Friendly wardens on site. Toilet blocks were spotless and warm. Perhaps we were lucky we visited at a quiet time when the site was very quiet. The only thing we noticed was the noise from the busy A82 which runs past the site - but there is not much that can be done about that.
