There are stunning views from our campsite near Pembrokeshire's Heritage Coast in south Wales.

If you’re looking for a campsite with stunning sea views, magnificent sunsets and stunning walks our St David’s Club campsite could be for you. Just a mile from the Heritage Coast, visitors to this attractive campsite will also have the chance to enjoy the area’s historic buildings, traditional arts and crafts and plentiful wildlife.

Many of this attractive campsite’s 40 pitches overlook the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast, while the others enjoy views of the surrounding farmland and rolling countryside. Facilities are well maintained and there is a small site shop.

Walkers can pick up the dramatic Pembrokeshire Coast Path near the campsite and enjoy some fantastic coastal scenery and hidden coves from this undulating path. The pebble beach at Abereiddy is about a 20 minute walk from the campsite and is accessed from the path. Head north to find the Blue Lagoon and Porthgain Harbour and south for Whitesands Bay, considered to be the best surfing beach in Pembrokeshire.

The area is especially popular for water sports and coastal activities such as kayaking, surfing, wind surfing, coasteering and climbing, all of which can be done near the site with or without tuition.

St David’s itself is five miles from the campsite and has a magnificent cathedral, also worth visiting is Oriel y Parc Gallery and Visitor Centre.

This is the first time we have stayed at CCC, as only just joined.

This is the first time we have stayed at CCC, as only just joined. it is exactly as it is described on page. Peaceful, clean, welcoming, fab views, quiet . We caught the bus from the stop immediately outside main gate, to St Davids one day and on another day walked to Porthgain on the coastal walk. Views were fantastic. On site shop for basics. Showers clean and hot.

Wardens could not have been more helpful. Helped us choose the most suitable pitch for us.

Wardens could not have been more helpful. Helped us choose the most suitable pitch for us. The facilities on site are spotless thanks to the hard work of the staff. They deserve more help from the club in they way of upgrading of facilities which are "tired". Most enjoyable stay.

We have just returned from spending a fortnight in our caravan on this site.

This review is for St Davids

We have just returned from spending a fortnight in our caravan on this site. Wardens Keith and Maggie were very helpful, both on arrival and throughout our stay, and obviously took great pride in looking after the site and their guests. Once we left England, approaching from the North, there was no sight of anything resembling dual carriageway, let alone motorway, so you need to be prepared for a journey on single carriageway through magnificent scenery. The A487 through Fishguard is a little challenging with its steep inclines, sharp bends and narrow streets. Nearer to the site, you need to follow the instructions along the single track roads with care in order to ensure that you approach the site entrance from the right direction. There are many local walks and a spectacular coastline: a little bus tours the coastal villages enabling one to return to the car after walking. Dont expect journey times to local towns and cities to be fast: we heard several people comment (and agree) that the Welsh A roads are like other B roads, and their B roads are well just dont expect to get anywhere in a hurry! The site is small and basic. However, the facilities were always clean and tidy, despite being rather dated: they were perfectly adequate for our requirements. The site is sloping. Those at the top of the site enjoyed views of the sea, whilst at the bottom we enjoyed the proximity of the sites amenities. Despite going prepared, we still needed additional leveling for our twin axle van, which Keith kindly lent us without hesitation. A most enjoyable stay thank you, both, Maggie and Keith.

Had a great welcome from the site Managers who had some great local info for walks and eating out ect. The pitches are all sloping and you will definitely need chocks if you have a caravan. The access roads are very narrow for towing so make sure you follow the directions carefully or you may meet a tractor ect. The facilities are a bit tired but are kept very clean, could do with upgrading for sure. There is very poor TV, radio and mobile phone reception here but you dont go on holiday to watch TV ect when there is so much fantastic scenery. We had a pleasant week at St Davids with visits to the beach, coastal paths and the Blue Lagoon, which is only a couple of miles away.
