I think to pay 60 for 4 nights stay & then be told that we would have to pay extra for electricity this was unacceptable & a bit steep for a CS needless to say we declined & got by with solar power & gas, I have stayed on CC club sites for less. I will not be using this site again.

When we stayed the site was quiet, it is a nice level field with electric all the way around. We enjoyed watching the bats as dusk fell drinking our wine (:>). The fishing lakes on site were interesting to stroll around stroll, but I guess you could fish there too. We had breakfast at the cafe which going on the empty plates must mean it was good. The toilet was clean (didn't use the shower so can't comment)

The site had just opened when we visited in early June and we were their first guests. Very friendly people and a lovely level field of specially sown grass. Cafe did great bacon rolls for breakfast. It is in a lovely peaceful location not far from the M40 and very close to an unusual NT property as well as to the designer shopping at Bicester.
