We stayed at this site for the Pickering 60s weekend and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The site is basic but is very well maintained and has a stunning views over the vale of york. It is possible to walk to the town but we used the car as the return is via a steep hill on a narrow road. The site fee is £10 p.u.n. but as there is no electric we think £7.50 would be a realistic figure.
