Level, grassy site. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, reasonable rates.

Level, grassy site. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, reasonable rates. I agree with other reviewers - it's a nice site and we would be happy to go back there and stay for longer. I guess if the site was full, one might have to time a visit to the facilities carefully to avoid queueing, because there's only one shower for men and one for women, but their cleanliness and quality was first class (including proper shower screens, not horrible clingy curtains!) and it certainly wasn't a problem when we were there, as only 2 - 3 other vans were on site. There's an information centre in a shed with loads of leaflets, etc., and we found the owners to be friendly, well-organised and helpful. The site is slightly away from the main tourist areas of Norfolk, but within easy driving distance of Norwich, the Broads, the north coast, etc. Definitely one of the nicest sites we have stayed at.

Peaceful, flat, well kept, clean site with friendly and helpful owners.

Peaceful, flat, well kept, clean site with friendly and helpful owners. A little gem!! Lovely rural location just outside Norwich and ideal for visiting The Broads area and Norfolk coast. Ian, the owner, posted us excellent written directions to the site as Sat Navs follow unsuitable routes for caravans and motorhomes!! Wroxham, Cromer, Sea Palling and Great Yarmouth all within easy driving distance. Park & Ride for Norwich city centre is 5 miles away.

Agree with the other 5 star reviews. Very friendly & helpful. The site lacks a motorhome service area otherwise faultless. Note: no hard standing which can be a challenge for motorhomes if very wet although owner is always ready with his trusty tractor to give you a pull!
