Top site for photography
Our campsite is beautifully located under the big skies of Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire’s coast and countryside is waiting to be explored from our pretty Woodhall Spa Club campsite located in the Fenlands area of the county. The site enjoys a quiet, rural setting near the Edwardian town of the same name and accommodates some 90 units. It is bordered by trees and offers some secluded pitches. There is a lake on site and you’re likely to share your pitch with a variety of wildlife including rabbits and wild birds such as woodpeckers and moorhens.
The Edwardian town of Woodhall Spa is within walking distance and offers several places to eat. The Cottage Museum tells the history of the local community and the Kinema in the woods – a unique two-screen cinema – is open seven days a week.
For sandy beaches head to the popular resort of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards, both brimming with activities to keep the whole family entertained. In contrast the peaceful Lincolnshire Wolds provide a landscape of rolling hills and gentle valleys, perfect for walking, cycling and wildlife watching. The market towns of Market Rasen, Louth, Horncastle and Spilsby provide a range of shops, eating places.
Air enthusiasts will enjoy the Battle of Britain Air Museum at RAF Coningsby and the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby. Other local attractions include Lincoln Castle and Tattershall Castle, a dramatic red brick tower managed by the National Trust.
100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to rural location, weather conditions and changing flora. These can cause variable signal strength. Hotspots are available. Prices.
Free range eggs are sold at Brackenside Farm and the Bakery and Delicatessen in Woodhall Spa sells local cheese, bread and cakes. The Petwood Hotel serves food prepared with local ingredients, as does the Ebrington Arms in Kirkby-on-Bain.

We really enjoyed our couple of days- the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were always clean. The site is situated in an area of SSSI , the wildlife fascinating, and when the Dakota and 2 Lancaster bombers from the BBMF flew over on their way back to roost at nearby Coningsby it was absolutely amazing. It was quiet and serene, but friendly. We walked to a lovely pub in Kirby on Bain, about 1 country mile which serves food. As novices to the CCC we were well impressed and intend to return to this site to explore the area further. Many thanks.

Quiet site about 4 miles from Woodhall Spa made up of four different areas. The first you will see as you turn into the site is the usual hard standing pitches on right hand side with grass pitches on the left behind the reception. Behind the grass pitches and separated by a hedge and furthest away from the facilities is an open field overlooking a wild meadow reserve. Perfect for star gazing and simply looking up into the wide open Lincolnshire sky. The last area at the back of the site and past the small lake is amongst the trees has a mix of grass and hard standing pitches. My only criticism would be that despite there being a substantial play are for the kids is seemed to be more fun to ride over the metal bridge on their scooters and bikes making an awful noise. In spite of this our one night stay was enjoyable and will not put us off from visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay here and was close to the Viking way
and cycled several times to Horncastle .
and into Woodhall plenty to discover here,
we had a group from the camping and caravan club
who got together on an evening they were
a friendly bunch and didn't make too much
noise in the Marquee they had set up for
In a field near by were a flock of rare breed of sheep,
The highlight of our stay was when the
Lancasters flew past very close and
returned later that day returning to
The fish and chips in Woodhall are very
very tasty theres also the kinema in the woods and the tea resto in the woods too

We received a warm welcome on arrival at this nice friendly site. Woodhall Spa village is not far and is what you would expect of a nice country village. The Ebrington Arms pub, which is close to the site, serves excellent food and is very busy so service can be a bit slow but worth the wait. Boston town is about 20 odd miles away and again worth a visit. A mobile local butcher visits the site on Friday evenings and you buy things like bacon, sausage, chicken, steak etc as well as cakes such as scones, mince pies, chocolate chip cake - all nice.
The only issue we had was that the toilet/shower block could do with a refurb - it was looking a bit tired and perhaps could do with a couple of extra shower cubicles in both ladies & mens sections, however, this didn't spoil the stay in any way. Would visit again.
