Our campsite is beautifully located under the big skies of Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire’s coast and countryside is waiting to be explored from our pretty Woodhall Spa Club campsite located in the Fenlands area of the county. The site enjoys a quiet, rural setting near the Edwardian town of the same name and accommodates some 90 units. It is bordered by trees and offers some secluded pitches. There is a lake on site and you’re likely to share your pitch with a variety of wildlife including rabbits and wild birds such as woodpeckers and moorhens.

The Edwardian town of Woodhall Spa is within walking distance and offers several places to eat. The Cottage Museum tells the history of the local community and the Kinema in the woods – a unique two-screen cinema – is open seven days a week.

For sandy beaches head to the popular resort of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards, both brimming with activities to keep the whole family entertained. In contrast the peaceful Lincolnshire Wolds provide a landscape of rolling hills and gentle valleys, perfect for walking, cycling and wildlife watching. The market towns of Market Rasen, Louth, Horncastle and Spilsby provide a range of shops, eating places.

Air enthusiasts will enjoy the Battle of Britain Air Museum at RAF Coningsby and the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby. Other local attractions include Lincoln Castle and Tattershall Castle, a dramatic red brick tower managed by the National Trust.

What a lovely site. We were pitched on hardstanding amongst the trees.

What a lovely site. We were pitched on hardstanding amongst the trees. The TV reception was good and the electric amp was high. There was a great pub, with great food - Ebrington arms just a mile away. We found a walk into Woodall Spa from the site - 3 miles. We really liked Woodall Spa, visited the Kinema in the woods, fantastic confectioners! Really flat countryside so ideal for pushbikes. The pubs were dog friendly, but there was alot of road walking for dogs as there was a big nature reserve which dogs were not allowed in. If you go to Linclon which was a great city, beware, it isn't very dog friendly!

We was early enough for the Easter break to enjoy the luxury of choosing our pitch (pre-booked hard standing) had nice spot looking over lake on site. Nearby is of course Woodhall spa with it's many attractions from ww11 airfields to the Kinema in the woods. 15 mins by car and your in Horncastle a lovely market town with dozens off antique shops. For me a must do at Easter is Lincoln transport museum (20 miles away) Vintage buses running all day Easter Sunday, ride on them too and see the city from a double decker, extensive museum with a collection of cars buses and lorries LOVE IT!

We had a lovely 2 nights here. Wardens were lovely and friendly. We also enjoyed the company of several pairs of ducks, think they like the seed we gave them. Disappointed to find that the RAF bases were closed on EVERY Sunday but there's plenty of other places to visits. Woodhall Spa was a pleasant walk round, the memorials were nice too. Pretty sure we'll be going back at some point.

The site is close to shops and attractions in the area. spoilt only by a tired toilet block in need of updating.( one cubicle wall support was rusted away) The climbing frame in the play area also needs some attention.
