    Top site for beaches

Easy access to the long, sandy beaches of Lincolnshire's seaside coast from this campsite.

The seaside is the big draw for our family-friendly Mablethorpe Club campsite. Its location is just a mile from the lovely sandy beach at Mablethorpe. This golden expanse of sand is perfect for bucket and spade fun, while the seafront offers everything you would expect from a British seaside resort – amusement arcades, fairground, donkey rides and cafes.

Queens Park next to the beach offers a variety of activities and has a boating lake, paddling pool, miniature railway, tennis courts and putting green. Head further down the coast for Skegness and more traditional seaside fun.

For those visiting Mablethorpe campsite, it’s not just about the beach. Inland the Fens and Lincolnshire Wolds are both lovely walking and cycling areas. The towns of Louth, Spilsby, Market Rasen and Alford are all worth visiting, the latter is fames for its craft market held every Tuesday and Friday through the summer.

Despite thee being no shop, due to personal circumstances, we found this to be an excellent site. It was perfectly clean and appointed, though a bigger dog area would be a bonus. The two temporary wardens are working very hard at keeping the newly modernised facilities up to scratch and are doing a great job.

Fantastic site, went in May this year and then again in sept. Our first visit we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff, The pitches are all flat, some grass some hard standing. The toilet block was a new addition this year and it is lovely and very clean. My only room for improvements are there is only 2 places to get water and empty the bin which means that on some of the pitches it is a bit far and also the dog walk is very small. It's a 5 min drive to both the town and beach or about a 20 min walk. The town is small, but there is a co op and a lidl. The beaches are just fantastic, very clean. If you want more action then Skegness is about a 20 min drive, where there is plenty of shops and again gorgeous beaches. Will definately be booking again next year.
