    Top site for beaches

Easy access to the long, sandy beaches of Lincolnshire's seaside coast from this campsite.

The seaside is the big draw for our family-friendly Mablethorpe Club campsite. Its location is just a mile from the lovely sandy beach at Mablethorpe. This golden expanse of sand is perfect for bucket and spade fun, while the seafront offers everything you would expect from a British seaside resort – amusement arcades, fairground, donkey rides and cafes.

Queens Park next to the beach offers a variety of activities and has a boating lake, paddling pool, miniature railway, tennis courts and putting green. Head further down the coast for Skegness and more traditional seaside fun.

For those visiting Mablethorpe campsite, it’s not just about the beach. Inland the Fens and Lincolnshire Wolds are both lovely walking and cycling areas. The towns of Louth, Spilsby, Market Rasen and Alford are all worth visiting, the latter is fames for its craft market held every Tuesday and Friday through the summer.

Minor is still on-going to finish the site off and the end result will no doubt be a first class site in a great ,very quiet location near to a splendid part of the coast. I hope the club will now look at providing members with an all year round coastal location. The facilities are new and are heated and although the new hard standings provide space for van and awning ( not car) they would be Ok for all year round use

This site is great peaceful even if full, new toilet block was still being finished but it was nice to go into as it was warm and not falling to pieces. We have been coming to this site a few years now we love the site but the new warden seemed friendly but is very regimental , we felt like we were in a army camp these are the rules you will abide by them your dog will not pee or do anything else if you keep it on the road till you get to the dog walk, no they will not they dont do it when you want . The dog walk is a dog walk and not a dog run you will not take your dog off the lead in there this was to a man with 2 dog in the dog walk he was shouting at i was walking up to the dog walk do not think hes ever had a dog himself .Disabled toilet nowhere to sit and take your clothes off and nowhere to hang them up as there are no hooks .
