Comfortable site and handy for Lincoln.
A very comfortable site with easy access from the road. There are no toilets or showers but the pitches are spacious and not too close together. There is a tap for drinking water and an Elsan point.
There is a bus stop in the village about five mites walk from the site. We used the bus to go into Lincoln and it was about a twenty minute journey.
I will definitely use this site again if I am going to the Lincoln area and I would be happy to recommend it to friends.

We stayed at Charolands last weekend. It's lovely, really quiet and peaceful, there is a lovely duck pond, which has both ducks and geese. The information hut is very handy with plenty of leaflets for things to do in the area, bus timetables, also lots of books to borrow and read. It is a perfect location for leaving our motor home at the site and walking the short distance to the bus stop. We wanted to spend the day in nearby Lincoln. The bus only takes 25 minutes. The following day we walked to the local pub/Restaurant. This is the Cross Keys. Where we enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch. The prices are very reasonable. The service excellent, we will definitely go back. Both to the campsite and the pub!!!

Idillic little site. Off the beaten track. Lovely village location. Warm and friendly welcome. We will definitely be back!!
Charolands is a lovely secluded site. Walking distance to the village and local amenities. Margaret greeted us and made us very welcome. The site "does what it says on the tin". If you have your own loo and shower you couldn't ask for more. As we have friends in a neighbouring village this was a great find for us and we will most definitely use the site again. Many thanks to Margaret for a lovely stay ??
