Loved it when we were here, peaceful and lovely views, the horses in the next field were pretty friendly too! Hope to go again soon We stayed for 2 nights in a tent pitch in the top meadow, we were met rhe next morning by one of the owners and his daughter who were really friendly and were informative about local attractions etc, it was quiet fornthe majority of our stay, there was a bit of a party going on somewhere near but it was saturday night and they stopped at a reasonable time so it wasn't really a problem. We love the views when we camped here, there us nothing i love more than waking up and watching the scenery unfold in the sunrise. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway, hoping to camp there again soon!

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Easy to find and easy to navigate our 8m twin axle van onto the site. Clean and simple facilities in the toilet and shower block. I would recommend some blocks for the caravan legs though as the pitches are on a slope, front to back. Nothing horrendous but still a significant slope. Lovely quiet site well away from the road (which wasn't busy) with some great views too.

Nice little site- Nobody about when I arrived, or during my 2 day stay and I had to go on the hunt for the owner in order to pay them when I left! There were contact details on the entrance, so text/phone conversations was how things were arranged Portaloos available, but not kept clean and new shower/toilet block was being put up whilst I was there, so hopefully facilities will be improving as the year goes on. A barn is also planned for rallies/parties which could be good, unless you're after a very peaceful stay. Lovely pub a few minutes walk away, serves good food and beer.
