Scotland’s most famous loch is the stunning backdrop for the Club’s new campsite in the Scottish Highlands. The aptly-named Loch Ness Shores Club campsite is located on the quieter south shore near the village of Foyers.

This 99 pitch, all-year-round campsite enjoys panoramic views around Loch Ness to the mountains beyond and is the perfect base for exploring the area’s historic sites like the magnificent Urquhart Castle, the charming towns and villages of Fort Augustus, Cannich and Drumnadrochit, or for getting active whether it be on foot, bike or boat.

The site itself has excellent eco credentials, including using innovative green technologies to heat and light the top notch facilities which include an amenity block with under floor heating and home from home shower rooms, an on-site shop and wi-fi.

Loch Ness Shores also offers the opportunity to go glamping in one of its five luxury wooden wigwam cabins, all boasting comfy caravan-style beds. Lyn & Donald exemplify "Highland Hospitality" at its best and their investment in converting the family farm into one of the best eco sites anywhere deserves success. The location on the banks of Loch Ness is fantastic and you can just chill out and look at the view or barbecue on the beach, fish for your supper, stroll through the woods and the trail along the shore, or visit the amazing Falls of Foyers. We have motorhomed extensively throughout Europe and this is as good as it gets.

As soon as we arrived at the site we were welcomed by the amazing owners Donald and Lyn and the beautiful surroundings of loch ness shores the pitches were perfect with lots of room for both an awning and car .The toilet block was the best of any sites we have been on was always kept imaculate. Both Donald and Lyn couldn't have been more helpful giving advice on local walks and places to visit Be prepared for the midges but the sticky toffee pudding they sell in the site shop more than makes up for the bites cant wait till the next visit

OMG, Amazing Holiday only made complete by the site and the staff.

OMG, Amazing Holiday only made complete by the site and the staff. Love camping hols and decided to book the Wigwams as my eldest child is Autistic and wary of tents. They were so much fun!! The site had thought of everything, great quality WIGWAMS, lots of space inside, BBQ outside with stock on sale, Play park on site, right on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, TV with videos for wet weather days and even Home made frozen dishes also for sale and a microwave in the wigwam to boot, I mean thats cheating really but so reassuring when your out all day enjoying the sights. The site itself is brand spanking new, toilet blocks are huge, with Big private shower rooms and family rooms, baby change, launderette, drying line and outside under cover sinks for your dishes, brilliantly thought out and organised. Cosmoplitan Campers and caravaners from all walks were there and all very impressed with the site and amenities, and alos respectfull of site rules. Staff totally on the ball and obviously enjoy their work, always someone about and fully clued up on the surrounding areas. Including, Channonry point where we Dolphin spotted, Loch Ness itself, Inverness and the Great Glens. On a personal note, our son was poorly and they handled him and us with discretion and genuine care, and also with much hilarity when my car battery died and they were sure we were never going to leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually cannot wait for next year
