If it’s adventure in the great outdoors you’re seeking, then head to our multi award-winning Hereford Club campsite. The Malvern Hills and Wye Valley, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean, all ripe for adventure, are within striking distance of our campsite near the popular county town of the same name.

18 hole Golf Course and Driving Range complete with cafe and bar, located 2 miles from site.

Equally the campsite’s idyllic rural location, next to The Millpond – a stunning three-and-a-half acre fishing lake – makes it perfect for a relaxing break or simply to explore the many attractions of the area at leisure.

A lovely tree-lined driveway delivers you to our attractive Hereford campsite. The vast site caters for up to 102 units. Some of the spacious pitches overlook the fishing lake. The excellent facilities include modern amenity blocks, a playing field and a dog walk.

The pedestrianized streets of the quiet market town of Hereford are perfect for an afternoon’s stroll. The town has many black and white buildings, including the Old House. The cathedral is worth a look as is the Cider museum which offers tours. The Herefordshire Cider Route, a driving or cycling tour of the county’s farms, orchards and pubs, starts from here.

The Elgar Route is another driving trail that takes in over 40 places of interest relating to the composor’s life and music.

Head to Ross-on-Wye for Goodrich Castle, a red-sandstone stronghold. A little over two miles south, Symonds Yat is a popular beauty spot overlooking the River Wye.

If you'd like to go glamping then Hereford Ready Camp is the perfect choice. (Please note that, although we welcome dogs on this site, in the interest of all guests we do not permit pets to stay within the Ready Camp tents).

The staff are a great asset here.

This review is for Hereford

The staff are a great asset here. They are very helpful and welcoming and lots of little touches show that they take a pride in the site. There's lots to do in the area, from visiting Hereford and Ledbury to walking on the Malvern hills and there is a very good amount of useful local information available on site, such as bus timetables and well-described walking routes (laminated would be the icing on the cake). It's easy to go to Hereford by bus but on the return journey you need to get up as soon as you see the campsite sign. Croft Castel (NT), near Leominster is a good visit with plenty for all the family and it's not too crowded. The frozen meals stocked in the campsite shop are of very good quality. The facilities are good and are kept very clean. I'm not a fan of push button showers but at this site they are a comfortable temperature. The only negative point for me was that the CDP is next to the dishwashing sinks. That wasn't very nice and I did wonder how hygienic an arrangement it is. Overall, I was pleased with this site which lived up to my memories from a visit a few years ago. I would definitely visit again.
