Fishing on site and walking and cycling in the nearby Malvern Hills & Wye Valley.

If it’s adventure in the great outdoors you’re seeking, then head to our multi award-winning Hereford Club campsite. The Malvern Hills and Wye Valley, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean, all ripe for adventure, are within striking distance of our campsite near the popular county town of the same name.

18 hole Golf Course and Driving Range complete with cafe and bar, located 2 miles from site.

Equally the campsite’s idyllic rural location, next to The Millpond – a stunning three-and-a-half acre fishing lake – makes it perfect for a relaxing break or simply to explore the many attractions of the area at leisure.

A lovely tree-lined driveway delivers you to our attractive Hereford campsite. The vast site caters for up to 102 units. Some of the spacious pitches overlook the fishing lake. The excellent facilities include modern amenity blocks, a playing field and a dog walk.

The pedestrianized streets of the quiet market town of Hereford are perfect for an afternoon’s stroll. The town has many black and white buildings, including the Old House. The cathedral is worth a look as is the Cider museum which offers tours. The Herefordshire Cider Route, a driving or cycling tour of the county’s farms, orchards and pubs, starts from here.

The Elgar Route is another driving trail that takes in over 40 places of interest relating to the composor’s life and music.

Head to Ross-on-Wye for Goodrich Castle, a red-sandstone stronghold. A little over two miles south, Symonds Yat is a popular beauty spot overlooking the River Wye.

Great site. Very peaceful and relaxing. Excellent facilities and friendly and cheerful staff.

Great site. Very peaceful and relaxing. Excellent facilities and friendly and cheerful staff. The lake is lovely. Great bus service from the site to nearby Ledbury and Hereford. Nice walks nearby. Site is dog friendly and provides a dog walk around the perimeter but the wooded area where dogs can be let off the lead is very limited so not much space to give the dog a good run. The local pub is a very pleasant 10 minute walk but the pub itself does not get a mention at all at the site which is a shame. The Tarrington Arms does not do food at present and is a little dated but we found it very welcoming and lack of decent reviews should not deter a visit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful without being " teach you to suck eggs pushy" and a little more knowledge of Herefordshire would be useful. Site shop is very well stocked with BBQ goodies and local produce as well as the usual milk & bread. If your a keen angler then this site is heaven. One down side is theirs no childrens play area, only a large grass area for ball games ect. If your a silver surfer & camper then this site is bliss, the wifi goes like a rocket and the site is peaceful & relaxed especially with a gin& tonic in your hand in the evening.

Had a 3 night stay on hard standing pitch.

This review is for Hereford

Had a 3 night stay on hard standing pitch. There is a train track behind the site but it didn't bother us at all. Facilities v.clean site was lovely. Only issue we had on our first night was a dog on next pitch who was left in awning and kept barking till in the end he was taken inside. Lovely fishing lakes (we don't fish, but looked lovely), lovely setting, very well maintained site.
