The seaside resorts of the south coast and the beautiful New Forest are all within easy reach of our Verwood Club campsite. Situated around seven miles west of the New Forest, Verwood offers tranquil setting to camp.

The campsite, bordered by trees offers a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches. Its newly refurbished facilities include a family shower room and, a well-equipped washing up and laundry area. For younger campers there is a play area and a games room with snooker table and board games. Dogs and their owners will enjoy the wooded dog walk.

You won’t be short of things to do from this campsite. If you’re planning to explore the New Forest, head to Lyndhurst and the New Forest Centre and Museum. Two miles from here is the New Forest Reptile Centre where you could see all of Britain’s reptiles in one place. The forest more than caters for walkers and cyclists with miles of way-marked tracks.

We had a lovely weekend in one of the readycamp tents.

This review is for Verwood, New Forest

We had a lovely weekend in one of the readycamp tents. The weather was perfect and the site was quiet due to the time of year. We cannot thank the staff enough they made us feel really welcome and always spoke to the children (and us) whenever they passed. We do have our own tent and love camping but logistically it was not feasable to camp that weekend so decided to try a readycamp tent. The facilities were the best kept we have ever had the pleasure of using. ALWAYS clean I understand this could be different if it was a busier time of year but I am sure they woud be cleaned regularly. I loved the family room with a shower, changing mat, toilet and a sink this was perfct for my 4 year-old. We visited Poole and Bournemouth and had a great time in the sunshine. We enjoyed a lovely bbq by the tent and played on the play area. There was a skitle alley, giant chess, garden jenga outdoor. In the games room there's a couple of arcade racing games and a small selection of childrens toys, books and board games which would come in very handy if the weather was not great and 2 comfy leather sofas. The coin operated washing machine and dryer came in very handy and there are also 2 washing lines and a clothes horse. All in all we had a fabulous weekend at Verwood and cant wait to go back.

We had a lovely visit to Verwood campsite.

This review is for Verwood, New Forest

We had a lovely visit to Verwood campsite. The staff there were very friendly and extremely helpful. We welcomed the local knowledge shown by Lorraine and Andy, who were excellent in answering all our questions about the surrounding area. It was very central for visiting the New Forest, Salisbury, Beaulieu, and the South coast. The facilities block was adequate and, as with most of the sites we have visited, could benefit by some updating. However, they were always spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will certainly be returning in the future.
