The Purbeck Hills, award winning beaches and a castle make this a popular family site.

Our Club campsite at Corfe Castle lies at the foot of the Purbeck Hills, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and has close proximity to the Blue Flag award-winning Studland beach with four miles of glorious sand and bustling Swanage with its pretty beach huts.  Lulworth Cove and the iconic Durdle Dor on the Jurassic Coastline are a must!

The campsite has an abundance of wildlife from badgers, owls and pretty moths to beautiful wild flowers such as bluebells and orchids.  It’s also near to the Arne RSPB nature reserve making this a great spot for lovers of the outdoors.

You will find a beach if you walk in any direction from the campsite and nearby Coombe Bridge offers a marine reserve and snorkelling whilst Poole Harbour has watersports for the more adventurous!  A leisurely 15 minute walk from site finds you at Corfe Castle, a stunning ruin from the English Civil War whose iconic silhouette can be seen from miles around. The pretty grey stone village of Corfe Castle lies in the shadow of the romantic castle ruins. Around its square is a cluster of tearooms, trinket shops and pubs.

Our family-friendly campsite offers a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches, some of pitches are under trees. There’s an on-site shop with fresh bread and newspapers delivered daily, a family shower room and wet room for disabled visitors.

Please use the downloadable map available here, rather than satnav to ensure you access the site via A351.

Motorhomes must be booked onto hardstandings.

Corfe Castle currently holds an AA 4 Pennant Award.

clean quiet site, lots of lovely flowers and cared for areas.

clean quiet site, lots of lovely flowers and cared for areas. I enjoyed lots of walking whilst staying, there was a lot of choices of directions to walk, and the footpaths leading away from site meant that I didn't have to use any roads. I would recommend taking the steam train to Swanage, and visiting the Studland area. I walked some of the coastal footpath which is stunning

Narrow track to site would be awkward if two caravans met at same time, all road ways on site are filled with terrible white hardcore that you struggle to walk on and in my case struggled to get Motorhome out of pitch trying to stop wheels spinning would definitely not use again also put some small plastic shelves in shower cubicals to put your soap on.

Walks are great for dogs, steep hills to and from Corfe Village in case you cannot walk far.

Easy driving distance to Studland to make a day trip to Brownsea Island or walk out to Old Harry rocks and beyond on the coast path. We appreciated the hard work of the staff doing the gardening, impressive display around the toilet block. And lots of wild orchids out on the site? too. Thanks. The only negative things were minor. While our site was plenty big enough for our VW camper it was quite a steep drive on and off. It is hard to see anyone coming down the lane when you turn from the main road and we had to back up each time and that would be tough with a caravan.
