Stayed for 2 nights. Loved the peaceful location and the lovely lambs. Great base for coast and countryside.Nice flat hardstanding for caravan with the all essential hook up. Sylvia is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 8 minute walk to nice old country inn. Take a torch! Can't wait to return to both.

What a wonderful place to stay with the best hosts, a lovely open site with pleasant views all...

What a wonderful place to stay with the best hosts, a lovely open site with pleasant views all round, facilities are basic but spotless, (Silvia was there every morning at 7.00) and everything was there you would need, loo rolls, washing up liquid & utensils, even free flowers for the campers on a few mornings. As for the lanes, does nobody else drive off the beaten track down narrow roads, all added to the holiday adventure. Many thanks to Silvia for sharing her home with us and we are going there again.

Lovely! As all the other reviews say, a very friendly campsite. Extremely peaceful & beautiful. If that's what you're looking for in a campsite, you wouldn't go wrong. The kids loved the cows and calves opposite, the geese and seemed to find enough to do. The facilities were basic but adequate. The owners have diversified and started up the campsite, but you don't feel like it's just a money making venture for them. They really care if you like it there and make every effort to make sure you have a nice place to camp. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to our friends.
