Whole site waterlogged. Any car, caravan etc had to be towed off. Obviously very muddy. We were on top field which wasn't obvious at the time but it was used for cows. We pitched our tent fine but the area quickly turned into a quad myer as a result smell of cow poo! Since returning home we are still in the process of cleaning our tent unable to get rid of the stench. The bottom showers were awafull so everyone used the top showers. A ten second timer on the showers is very frustrating. No phone signal or Internet. I paid to have their wifi not only could I not get it to work but when I got home I found out it had disabled all our security. Mud, mud, mud, not recommended for humans, would be impossible to use it for growing crops, should only be used to graze animals. The site will only except cash payments.for your stay, say no more! On a good note they do except dogs, even in club house. Didn't appeal to us but majority of site were dog owners. Could go on and on but I hope I have put my point across
Beware: You cannot get any TV signal/mobile phone signal/radio signal in most areas of this site.
The toilets/shower block have old electric type showers that have no easy heat control (you either freeze or scald yourself) They are cleaned once a day by the looks of it and for the size of the site that just is not enough!
The pitches are very closely placed, so if you are used to club sites, this is def not the one for you.
Visitors are left to chose their pitches and potentially they could chose somewhere within your 'comfort zone'
There is a large meadow at the bottom of the site, and this had some great views of the coast in the distance, however it was rained out and if you wanted to pitch there you had to be towed on by tractor.
We managed one night and could not wait to get off site the next morning.
