Low End Farm
has the following facilities on or around the site.
If approaching from Hulme End, the site is the next turning past the main gate for Low End Farm. If approaching from Sheen, it will be a right turn just after You leave the village.
The site is set on a flat area looking out onto amazing views of the Manifold valley and beyond. A 5 minute walk into Sheen will get you to the Staffordshire Knot pub which is quite small but very nice. 15 minutes the other direction takes you to Hulme End and the Manifold pub. Much bigger and with a great selection of beer and food.
The area has many walks and sights including Thors Cave and the Manifold Valley railway track. After my initial visit I will definetly be back. What a beautiful place !

From Hulme End don't take the track into the farm when you see the CCC sign, the field is the next left at top of the hill. Lovely views from site and 15 min walk to the manifold hotel for beer and food ( we did cut through Bank house campsite). Nice short grass and clean water and disposal points.

We arrived at this site late afternoon for an overnight stop to test our new van that we'd bought that day... The approach road is a little narrow in places & the site is just after the last few houses of the village of Sheen on the right... Make sure you don't drive too quick & miss the C&C sign as you're on a downward slope, making your caravan brakes come on & reversing a bit difficult...
A little tight to get in & out but would be even more-so with a twin axle van but it's worth it for the Lovely Surprise as you drive in...
We've been caravanning on CL/CS sites for over 20 years & this one is an "Absolute Gem"... with "Stunning 360 degee views" & the Sunset was Beautiful...
The grass is kept lovely & short & there are planters here & there... The Fill Up & Drain area is spotless with a box of brochures nearbye...
Please make sure you keep your dog on a lead to avoid scaring the cows in the next field...
You can buy fresh eggs from Mrs Critchlow & while you're there pay your fees... She's a Lovely Lady...
We can't wait to go back for a longer break.
