A beautiful CS with a very warm welcome from Alison. So quiet and peaceful yet so handy for M6. A great base for RHS Tatton Park flower show Alison was an outstanding host who visited several times to check everything was ok and to give advice on the local area. The CS is in immaculate condition and has lots of good information on local area, excellent access to main roads, and yet is peaceful and quiet. Great location for day trips to North Wales, Wirral, Liverpool, Manchester, Staffordshire. Perfect for visiting RHS Tatton Park flower show which was only 15 mins' drive away. Local pub is two mins' walk away. A lovely friendly, peaceful, beautifully maintained site with open country views and a real haven tucked away in a busy part of the north west. Thanks Alison for making me feel so welcome, and I hope to come back. :-)

We loved the site. Beautiful and well kept. The facilities are limited (no shower or toilet block) but what was there was spotless. a great site to use as a base for walks. We were welcomed with a leaflet pack about all the local halls and activities ect. Very useful when entertaining 2 small boys. would we go again?? yes. would we tell others to go? yes. was it worth the fees? defiantly.
