The owners were very welcoming and kept the site in pristine condition. The toilet/showers plus washing up area were immaculate. When we enquired about bus services they even offered to run us into nearby Malpas to get the bus and provided a timetable. Arrival and departure times were very flexible and it was a good base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. This is a new venture and we would recommend it for a nice relaxing stay.

Booked in this campsite on the way down from Scotland. We were their first visitors as this was a new venture. Site was a bit tricky to find but I think signage is on their list to sort out. Lovely flat, well tended field with beautiful views across the English/ Welsh border. Site was close to good places to visit such as Chirk and Erdigg castle. Owners were very accommodating with brand new facilities such as showers/ toilet. Would definitely stay here again.
