This review is for Cardigan Bay

An excellent, immaculately maintained site well situated for the coast and visits to nearby larger towns such as New Quay, Cardigan, Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and also smaller secluded beaches such as Penbryn and Llangranog. Good food and beer at the nearby dog friendly Cross Inn and Crown Inn pubs. Great area for walking. A boat trip dolphin watching from New Quay is a 'must do', the day we went we saw three separate sightings of dolphins together with seals and various sea birds. This was our first visit to this site but we will definitely return. The Cardigan Bay Club Site Wardens and Assistant Wardens were very friendly and helpful; they are a credit to the Club.

This site is an old favourite of ours having been regular visitors for many years.

This review is for Cardigan Bay

This site is an old favourite of ours having been regular visitors for many years. There is always a friendly welcome from the site managers who are also very helpful. The facilities are exceptionally clean. During busy times the managers are constantly monitoring the facility blocks to ensure they are clean and tidy. There are good views from the site and lots of good walking within a short distance from the site. Mwnt is a good place to head to for a good view of dolphins and porpoises as well as accessing the Ceredigion Coastal Path. New Quay itself is very clean and tidy and only 5 minutes by car from the site. A smoothie or an ice cream from the ice cream parlour is a must! Never been disappointed staying here. If there was an award for the best kept site, Cardigan Bay CC would win it hands down!

I would say that this site is more suited to older couples looking for a peaceful break.

This review is for Cardigan Bay

I would say that this site is more suited to older couples looking for a peaceful break. That being said New Quay is only a short ride away, with plenty for families to do. Staff state you can walk to the coast, which you can, but it is quite strenuous in parts. When you arrive at the coast there is a coastal walk to New Quay-- not for the faint hearted, but worth it. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
