    Top site for beaches

Our campsite is near the beautiful beaches of the Welsh coast.

The coves and beaches of west Wales are easily explored from our Club Site at Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion. You can see red kites - a success story in conservation - from here and there are dolphins off the coast close by. The area is a nature-lover's paradise and plenty of attractions for all the family.

Ready Camp is available at this campsite. (Please note that, although we welcome dogs on this site, in the interest of all guests we do not permit pets to stay within the Ready Camp tents).

Worth Noting

Most pitches are sloping. Levellers and chocks are required. The site also has a boules pitch.

WiFi

100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to rural location, weather conditions and changing flora. These can cause variable signal strength. Hotspots are available. Prices.

Eat Local

Head to New Quay Bay to watch the fishing boats bring home their catch and then buy it from the fish stall.

Arrived to a lovely welcome from the assistant managers.

This review is for Cardigan Bay

Arrived to a lovely welcome from the assistant managers. We have stayed at the site for a number of years and it has certainly improved under the current managers. The assistants have settled in nicely and have aquired a lot of knowledge and skills from the Managers Angie and Paul. The site is immaculate. We had a wonderful long weekend. It is so peaceful here. We walked at Mwnt and also Cwmtydu, our favourite walks with fantastic scenery on the Ceredigion Coastal Path. Nice that a Dolphin showed up and a couple of seals in the Bay. Maybe we should keep this little gem to ourselves!! Many thanks. We will be back!

Site is welcoming, well kept and clean. We stayed in ready camp which met all our expectations. We only needed to take bedding and clothes. We bought food in the camp shop on arrival, and also used the Costcutters in New Quay at other times. The village store had new owners that week so will probably also be a good place to pop for food. For eating out, the Mariner by the harbour in New Quay is great, both the take -out chippie side and the large clean cafe side. Also in New Quay had a lovely meal in the Black Lion pub in the "Cwtch" room with a view. If you're National Trust members then Llanerchaeron is worth a visit. Honey Bee farm was interesting too.

All staff very warm and welcoming.

All staff very warm and welcoming. The site is very well maintained and in a beautiful location with superb views across the surrounding countryside . The site is only a couple of miles from the coast and New Quay where if your lucky you can spot Dolphins very close to the harbour wall . Poppet sands is also worth a visit . If we were asked to be picky the shower block could perhaps do with a bit of an update , although having said that they were always very clean and tidy . We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.
