The site is very good for all the family with a lake which cater for all water sports with in working distance , also a good shopping centre 2/3 miles away. Mainline to London which will get there in 40 minutes if you do go please ask for the train ticket with underground together it works out cheaper.

Booked as a Birthday treat for my 5 y/old.

Booked as a Birthday treat for my 5 y/old. Explained when booking we may have visitors for a bbq / checked if ok. Couldn't have been more helpful / welcoming. They'd reserved us a pitch close to the toilet/shower block, near to the play area and kept the pitch beside it free to allow us more room for guests. Incidentally, we arrived much later in the evening than had planned (8pm on a Friday night). Despite this they were great. They were actually busy sorting out any bedding/camping equipment they could find in their store rooms in order to assist a group that'd arrived to use the camping pods, not realising they needed their own kit. Lovely site ran by lovely people. Definitely recommend.

There is so much to do and see from this site as well as visiting Gullivers next door.

This review is for Gullivers Milton Keynes

There is so much to do and see from this site as well as visiting Gullivers next door. There are many walks direct from the site, Willen Lake, Campbell Park, The canal towpath. The MK Redway cycle network is family friendly and great for exploring the many parks and lakes around the city. Its worth buying a Redway map. The National Cycle Network passes the site with route 6 and route 51. The Grand Union Canal passes just outside the gate with opportunities for fishing or canoeing. Central Milton Keynes shopping centre is quite close and good for retail therapy. A visit to the Bletchley Park WW2 code breaking site is fascinating and slightly further a field is Woburn Abbey and Safari Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept the site clean and tidy. However at around 5 years old both the toilet block and the caravan hard standings were already showing signs of their age. It would appear there was a lack on investment in quality materials when the site was new. I didnt think they were up to normal club standards. The showers worked well but the cubicles were unbelievably small. However, ignore my moaning, book in and discover all that MK has to offer.
