A site with high quality facilities, situated in a quiet town and with owners and staff who look after campers exceptionally well. There is a real focus on exploring the local culture and traditions of this area with several trips organised throughout the winter period for members to enjoy local fiestas, celebrations and places of interest, including a wine fountain! There are cycle and walking routes in the nearby hills with many members also particularly fond of the coastal area for its gentle, flat cycle itineraries through the farmland and almond groves. Monmar is particularly well-suited for motorhomes, with the site's cost-effective minibus available and shops in close proximity to the site, and with the minibus stopping at Nules station you can also benefit from train travel. Members also enjoy the advantage of the higher-amperage 10A pitches. At Easter you will find this site to be more peaceful than many others, but with excursions usually arranged by the site owner to the Easter festival in Nules. That said, there is plenty more going on in the region, especially the Fallas festivals of Saint Joseph in March, the amazing Fallas in the regional capital of València being the big highlight. Here huge effigies, usually colourfully grotesque caricatures that have been a year in the making, are paraded through this beautiful city over four days amid great festivity, until finally they are filled with fireworks and set alight – all bar one, voted by the public to be saved. València with its historic centre, the jaw-dropping architecture of the modern City of Arts and Sciences and the world-famous Lladró porcelain is a short drive away.

There is also a bus into Castilian or you can get the mini-bus from site and catch the train to Valencia. A well organised Rally with something for everyone.

Delightful site and wonderfully quiet. Immaculately clean with facilities by your pitch and very welcoming staff. We do wish we had more dog free sites included in the club, having been disturbed day and night by barking on almost all other sites whether in the UK or abroad.
Excellent area for cycling, proximity to beach and town. We will be returning for a longer period.
Wi fi excellent on your pitch for a small fee...better signal than sites in the UK tend to be. Cannot fault this site.
