We had been looking forward to our stay at this site as it had been shown as one that was totally Disability friendly.
it is fair to say that part of the site caters for persons with a Disability but that cannot be said of the Motorhome pitches.
We had booked a site that was to be Disability friendly but on arrival we were shown a site that had the correct facilities needed, the only problem was getting into the Accommodation Block. To do this required you to negotiate two steps which did not have the provision of a Safety Rail.
when this was point out to the Management they did assist but were then required to pay an additional fee for one that had a safety rail.
We still encountered problems as when standing on the steps they bent making it very unsteady for someone with a walking stick.
Due to the steep angle of these Steps it meant that additional help was required to both get in and out of the Toilet Block
When this was pointed out to the Management they were not very understanding as to our personal problems and we were advised that they had undertaken what was required under French Law, which is not correct.
Although we encountered particular mobility problems when on site it would not be correct to leave you with the impression that they had not provided some facilities suitable for persons with a disability but these were around the Main Blocks.
It was with regret that due to the issues noted above we left early and returned to one of the Camping Clubs other sites as their facilities for Disabled Persons were excellent and similar to what you would have expected on any of the Club's UK sites.
Finally I am pleased that the Site has now mentioned some of the issues on the Site Information so hopefully other Members with a Disability will not experience the problems that we did.

Fantastic large site set on the south coast with some beautiful surroundings. Has an outdoor pool with sun loungers round it which you have to pay for hire during the high season which i found helped as people wasn't just putting their towel on the bed then dissapearing for the day.The restaurant serves food all day and night with the food being spot on and reasonable prices. There are more than enough places to go and visit round the area and most of them we cycled too as it was really cyclist friendly. We found the site catered for young couples, old couples and families as they have plenty of entertainment for the children and even adults or you could just chill by the caravan, pool or the bar. I would not have second thoughts about returning here in the future as we had a fantastic holiday here and the staff helped with this.
