Booking online with ClubRez - as easy as 1, 2, 3...
Booking your pitch using our unique ClubRez booking system has now become even easier.
Before you go to book your pitch you can prepare by familiarising yourself with ClubREZ through our step by step guide to making a booking. You can download this guide to read at your leisure which can be found at the bottom of this page.
How do I book?
You can book your pitch online using our ClubRez system. Alternatively, telephone our Contact Centre on 0845 130 7633.

When can I book?
Members can their pitches year round 24 hours a day, seven days a week online, using our ClubREZ sites booking system. Preference is given to members-only booking via the Internet.
What details will I need to provide?
In order to process your booking online or via the contact centre you will need the following details to hand.
- Your membership number
- A VISA, Mastercard or Maestro (formerly Switch)
- For caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents, the unit length and width are required
- Any additional equipment, ie. awnings and pup tents
- If you are booking for friends and family, don’t forget their unit measurements, number of occupants, their membership numbers (if appropriate) and addresses
Alternatively, telephone your chosen site direct when it is open. However please bear in mind that Site office hours are limited, although you will have the opportunity to leave a message.
