Club Pitch Types & Fees
Currently we are unable to take overseas bookings online however; you can still find all of our Sites by searching online look and book a site where you will be able to find out the cost of our sites.
And remember, as a Temporary Member you get to pay the Members price! These fees are based on a grass pitch, however there are various pitch types available, and the relevant fees and options are displayed in the brochure.
During low and mid-season some of our sites will be quieter, so if you are looking to get away from it all we will have something to suit you. High season and Bank Holidays are our busiest times of the year, but with so many sites to choose from you are sure to find the perfect place for your holiday.
Included in your pack is:
- Your membership card which is valid for three consecutive months
- An easy to use guide to all of our sites
How do I book a pitch?
When you are on your travels, Holiday Site Managers will be happy to provide a book-ahead service to guarantee you a pitch at your next site. Alternatively you can call +44 (0)24 76 47 5426 for UK Club Sites or +44 (0)24 76 42 3008 for Camping in the Forest Sites and an advisor will be happy to help you – please state that you are a Temporary Overseas Membership Card holder.
Please note a deposit per booking is required. If you have a large unit over 9m (30ft) long or 5m (16ft) wide then bookings can only be made with the site direct.
What do I do when I arrive on my next site?
Simply present your Temporary Overseas Membership Card to the Holiday Site Manager when you arrive at your chosen site. Your booking will be processed; if you are on a Club Site your pitch will be allocated, on a Camping in the Forest Site you are free to pitch wherever you choose.
We have campsites to suit everyone; whether it’s in the countryside, on the coast, in quaint towns, near to major tourist attractions or in the city, you can really make the most of your time in the UK.
Site Fees and Pitch Types
Club Site Pitch Information
By each site entry you will find the per adult site fees. These fees are based on a grass pitch, however there are various pitch types available, and the relevant fees are listed below.
A grass pitch with no hardstanding or electric hook-up point - no additional fee.
Club Service Pitch
A grass or hardstanding pitch and/or with electric hook-up - £3.85 per night per unit.
Club Super Service Pitch
These pitches include a hardstanding and electric hook-up, plus fresh water and waste drainage - £7.05 per night per unit.
Some of our sites offer alternative ways to camp with Camping Barns, Dens and Pods. We even have some pre-pitched fully equipped Safari Tents where you can escape the urban jungle in luxurious style. Call the site direct for price and availability information.
Camping in the Forest Pitch Information
One person must be over the age of 18 years old per pitch.
An unmarked pitch for you to put a standard sized tent, caravan or motorhome. A Standard Pitch also has room for a single awning, toilet tent or small trailer, plus parking for one car. The cost for a standard pitch also includes the price for the first two people. One person must be over the age of 18 years old. From £12.10 to £29.10 per night per unit.
A Premium Pitch is similar to a Standard Pitch, but also includes an electric hook-up and/or hardstanding. From £17.50-£37.20 per night per unit.
A Select Pitch is the same as a Premium Pitch but is a larger space and includes a picnic table. From £22.20-£34.20 per night per unit.
Select Plus Pitch
A Select Plus Pitch is the same as a Select Pitch but with the additional benefit of water and waste drainage. From £27.50-£37.70 per night per unit.
Please note: Premium, Select and Select Plus Pitches are not available at all sites
Standard size tents, caravans and motorhomes
A standard caravan, motorhome or tent (inclusive of guy ropes) that is less than 5m x 8m.
An XL unit is a tent (inclusive of guy ropes), caravan or motorhome which is larger than 5m x 8m, for example an 8m x 8m tent or 9m motorhome. XL units incur an additional fee per night.
The season charts detail the seasonal dates for Club and Camping in the Forest Sites, there are also different seasonal dates for our Camping in the Forest Sites in Scotland. Once you have selected the dates you wish to travel you can see which season your holiday falls in, the site fee can be found next to each site entry or with the pitch information. Please note different seasonal dates apply at Adgestone, Damage Barton and Delamont Country Park Club Sites - please contact the Holiday Site Manager or the central booking advisor.
Club Site policies
Throughout our network of sites the Club has policies so all visitors can relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday, these include:
- No vehicle movement or disturbance between 11pm and 7am
- We guarantee a 6m gap between units, not only for your safety but also to give you the personal space often lacking on other sites
- Pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival
- For arrivals after 8pm please call the site direct, leaving a message if no-one is available
- Pets are to be kept on leads at all times
