The Club's Articles of Association
Changes have been made to the Club’s Articles of Association, which are now available to read.
Articles of Association are rules to run and regulate the Club and have been updated as a legal requirement under the Companies Act 2006.
The National Council has approved the amendments to the Articles, which will now go to the AGM on 24 October when members will vote on its adoption. See page 65 of August's magazine for AGM details.
